Where are you located?

We are located at 121 E Mason Street, Milwaukee, WI. Walk toward the river and a crewmember will be there to greet you!

What times do you operate?

Our hours of operation are Monday-Sunday, 8am-8pm.

What if it rains?

In the case of inclement weather we will reschedule your rental. Inclement weather calls will be the responsibility of BoatMKE.

What is your cancelation policy?

We offer rescheduling up to 1 week before your cruise. We do not offer refunds. Please call if there are any questions!

What should we bring?

You may bring any coolers, drinks, or snacks to enjoy. We provide a wireless speaker for you. Please call for any special requests, we will do our best!

How can I sign the wavier?

We will provide waivers for your party to sign at the dock. Please arrive 10 minutes before your reservation.

Do I need a license to drive?

Any person born before January 1, 1989, is only required to have a valid drivers license. If you were born after January 1, 1989, then you must complete a boaters safety exam using this link-https://www.boat-ed.com/wisconsinrental/. Proof of license will be required before you can get on our boat!

If we have a group of more than 10 people, can we fit a few more on?

Contact us if you have more than the allowed number of people, we can weight capacity or help you book multiple vessels.

Can minors/children or pets join?

Yes, of course! Children 13 years old or younger are required to wear a life jacket. Life jackets are provided.
